The Beach Cruiser was originally built in 2001 around our Super-Ass frame. The bike, painted in the typical Zodiac color combination of black orange and yellow, looked so good that it was the cover bike on our 2002 catalog. Many times our customers asked for the bill of material of the Beach Cruiser to use this as a guideline for one of their customers. This was reason enough for us to re-create the Beach Cruiser but with a number of improvements. Some of these changes are: we exchanged the scratched built engine for a complete assembled S&S 96CI engine with S&S carburetor and teardrop style air cleaner (with or without EU/TÜV approved engine), and to clean up the front end the kit comes with one-piece PM brake calipers. The kit includes 99% of all parts to build the Beach Cruiser such as 250/40HR18 rear tire, Zodiac/GCB front fork, dual disc front brake, aluminum gas tank, SuperTrapp exhaust, 3" open primary belt drive with billet aluminum motor plates, Zodiac/TPD 5-speed transmission, final chain drive, Zodiac/Metapol fenders, Le Pera seat, stainless steel rims, and the aggressive looking Invader handlebar fairing. You may need some small parts to complete assembly.
